Who else agrees this is sandwich season? I mean, they make the best light dinners or transportable lunch. Hot damn, this is the time when sandwiches are king.
That’s why my lobster rolls recipe is in full force, and I am BEYOND here for it. Rich and buttery, with just the right creaminess of mayo, these babies are pure heaven. Ironically, the folks at The Kitchn agree, and in their Lobster Roll Showdown rated my lobster rolls recipe a 9.5/10, outdoing Martha Stewart, Food and Wine, and even Ina Garten. Whoda thunk? Obviously, you need to try them too.
