Hello again, and look at that, it’s Friday!
Memorial Day is sneaking up on me fast. But, not to worry, the grill is ready to roll. Next week I’ll be sharing some favorite Memorial Day recipes greatest hits to my email list (sign up here!) but in the meantime, let’s keep it nice and easy for dinner. I’ve already been feeling the bbq vibe and cooked my BBQ chicken with some grilled veggies and yes, as usual, a burrata and tomato salad. I mean, you really can’t go wrong if you start and end it all right there.
But before we get ahead of ourselves, let’s get into this week’s list of Friday Faves. Enjoy!
