Hello and happy Friday.
Is it too late to say Happy New Year or do we get a full week to really cement the sentiment? According to this guy, the cut-off has already occurred. But I disagree. Let’s keep the HAPPY and HEALTHY going strong all year long!
Like every year, I have a list of ideas for 2023. But this year, they’re still in my head mulling about and percolating. Letting them sit and marinate usually narrows down my focus so I can truly define what’s most important, and even more, what’s actually achievable. So I’m waiting until this weekend for sketching out a few of the things I want to make happen this year, both big and little.
One thing I know is on the list is more baking. Yes, always with my quest to bake more. Specifically easy recipes that don’t take a lot of time like these muffins, quickbreads, cookies, and the like. Simple stuff to make it attainable. I’m on it!
But first, let’s get clicking away on this week’s Friday Faves. Enjoy friends!
