Hey hey, it’s Friday!

This weekend we’re squeezing in another family pool party and I’ve been tasked with bringing a pasta salad to the potluck. I’m vexed about whether to make this one or this one? Or maybe this one with garlicky marinated tomatoes. What say you, dear readers? You may be asking what else is on the menu? This summer staple, with a tangy slaw, this salad, and bbq beans, of course! Leave your vote in the comments section below!

As far as the pasta salad, if you want to play it safe with a recipe attractive to the most people, I’d vote for the first Caprese Pasta Salad. If you want to make a bolder choice, I’d go with the Garlic Marinated Tomatoes version.
