This weekend I’m surfing the web from the bea-u-tiful Moab, Utah. Home to Arches National Park and our spring break / Easter among the red rocks!
Because I’m hanging with the fam, I’m keeping this short so I can spend more time in the pool, hiking the red hills and biking so that next week I’ll wonder why I don’t have a bigger bike seat. Man! Every spring it takes some getting used to.
Bike rides: 3. Flat tires: 1. Bon fires: 2. Great food. TONS!

Hi Heidi! I’m glad you are enjoying your time there! I’ve lived in Utah for 42 years of my 46 years, and I have never seen any of the national parks down south…I need to go some day! That video makes me want to go! :) I was just curious, the potato wedges look yummy…I don’t see anything that says where that is at…can you tell me? The above commenter said Thanks for all your food recommendations in SLC, and I don’t see that either, where can I find that at? I love your Friday Faves…sometimes I see things that I never knew about! Thank you!

Thanks for all of your food recommendations in SLC! My husband and I just went last week and had fun roaming the city and eating lots of good food at Whiskey Street, The Copper Onion, Eva’s, Eva’s Bakery, The Rose Establishment and The Blue Lemon! We walked around Park City as well (before shops were really open) but got some coffee at Atticus and visited one of the lodges at Deer Valley!

Oh and Spitz!!! (I think it is called…?)
