Happy Friday! Savory veg with scrambled eggs + a l Happy Friday! Savory veg with scrambled eggs + a little onion + Parmesan cheese is def one of my favorite ways to breakfast. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray, sauté some mushrooms (shiitake are esp delish) then toss in a big handful or two of fresh spinach and some chopped RBP. Season with a few splashes of ponzu, amino acids or soy sauce, with a few dashes of sesame oil and toss til wilted. Even better if you add a dab or three of gochuchang for spice. 

And a tip for the best scrambled eggs:  add a splash of water to them when whisking to make them creamier.
