Hello friends, and how about that? We made it to Friday.
How is it possible we are already in May? Finally, the snow season is over! I’m planting my veg garden and plotting how to rid my grass of dandelions, plus baby showers, family get-togethers, and graduations that are all in need of celebrating. I am ready to tilt my face to the sun and take it all in!
This weekend our British friends will be celebrating their new king at his coronation. I love me some good pomp and circumstance! Plus the drama that always ensues. BTW, who knew that quiche is the official dish of the coronation celebrations? That’s why this piece caught my eye: How to make King Charles III’s coronation quiche at home. Celebrating with eggy custard? Why not?! Or, you could always make this fave quiche show above instead, and call it a coronation quiche. ;) Or a baby shower quiche. Or a graduation party quiche. Or just QUICHE!
But before we get inundated with all of the royal hype, let’s dig into this week’s Friday Faves.
