Bonjourno and hello hello!
I’m writing to you from the balcony of our flat in Sorrento, on the Amalfi Coast in Italy. The last time I was here was with my friends at DeLallo Foods who taught me so much about how pasta is manufactured that I haven’t stopped sharing my knowledge with my family at every turn. This spot of the world is amazing and it makes me want to cook, cook, cook! Soon, soon, soon!
We are off to Positano this afternoon, the steepest city on the Amalfi coast, for all the glorious views. Tomorrow we take a gnocchi-making class here in Sorrento, where this gnocchi recipe is basically the standard. Then, we head to Napoli, and then we are off to Spain before returning back to the states at the end of next week.
Until then, I have much exploring to do so I will keep it short and get you straight into this week’s Friday Faves. Arrivederci!
