Hello, hello and happiest of Fridays.
The votes are in! Now, every Saturday, I’ll be sending out my flexible not-a-meal-plan meal plan. And if you voted for Sunday, you can always keep it in your inbox ’til your ready to read :).

Wait. Meal plan? What am I talking about??
Meal prep and planning for every night of the week can be overwhelming, and even though I have the best of intentions, too often something comes up and I end up not cooking. Then, the fresh ingredients in the fridge end up going bad and going to waste.
That’s why I’m simplifying things for you, and for me. Because life happens and I’m all about the need for being flexible.
Each Saturday, I’m sharing just one meal you can plan to make any night of the week, and depending on how large or small your family may be, there might be a few leftovers to eat the next day too.
And let’s not forget adding in a sweet treat like my pumpkin chocolate chip cookies that I made earlier this week, because hello…cookies.
So if you crave good food, but don’t want to be held to a strict schedule, sign up for my weekly ideas for real good, real food, for all of us real people.
Speaking of food…
This weekend I’m staying here in Deer Valley, UT with some of my favorite food blogging buddies for our 6th annual Better Blog Retreat. I’ll be sharing more about it next week, but if you want to follow the behind the scenes of our weekend, follow me over on Instagram stories and on stories under the hashtag #bbetreat.

I can’t wait to try this. My mouth started salivating by seeing this only. Cookies are my favorite and any type of cakes is great for me. I love to try different types of cakes and this is kind of different one which I haven’t tried yet. So I’m definitely going to try this soon and will definitely let you know, how it turned out. I never regretted any moment that came to your blog!
