Happy Friday! Savory veg with scrambled eggs + a l Happy Friday! Savory veg with scrambled eggs + a little onion + Parmesan cheese is def one of my favorite ways to breakfast. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray, sauté some mushrooms (shiitake are esp delish) then toss in a big handful or two of fresh spinach and some chopped RBP. Season with a few splashes of ponzu, amino acids or soy sauce, with a few dashes of sesame oil and toss til wilted. Even better if you add a dab or three of gochuchang for spice.

And a tip for the best scrambled eggs: add a splash of water to them when whisking to make them creamier.

There isn’t a recipe to link to but it’s for sure a Friday Faves which you can find now when you click the link in my bio and search Friday Faves for a whole bunch of recipe links and random web finds.
