Hello and welcome to Friday!
I sound like a broken record and my menu shows it. Lately, I’ve been in a cooking rut. Maybe it’s because at the end of the day, I’m just like many of you, and I don’t want to think about what’s for dinner. That’s when once again I pull out one of my easiest, no-thinking recipes and say, “Yes! THIS is what’s for dinner.” This time around I made it with tortellini and served it with a big blob of burrata—because burrata makes everything better. You agree? I thought so. Next week, the goal is to broaden my horizons and try something brand new. Good thing I have some great recipe recs below.
With that, let’s get into this week’s Friday Faves. Enjoy!
