Hello hello and happy Friday.
What a good day to be alive! We spent last weekend in the Palm Springs fun where it felt so good to get out and swing the club, even if I spent most of my time in the sand traps. We ate retro Palm Springs style ala rat pack steakhouse dinners, but honestly, they didn’t hold a candle to my man’s rib eye he cooks on the grill. I can’t wait for summer grilling season to commence.
Thinking of summer fun goes hand in hand with dreaming of summer food. But first I’m getting my fill of comfort food and there’s not much more comforting than homemade cheese enchiladas topped with my fave easy enchilada sauce. A side of beans and rice makes it even that much more nice.
And with that, I’m going to dig into last night’s leftovers. But first, here’s the rest of this week’s Friday Faves.
