Hello, hello, and say, “HEY!” to Friday!

Even though this weekend marks the return of daylight savings time (take a look at how the switch affects your sleep), and with the first day of spring debuting in just two more Fridays, I’ve been living in my keep-it-cozy-comfort-food era with just a hint of all of the bright flavors I will soon be craving. And while I love a full corned beef (don’t forget some horseradish mixed with sour cream on the side) this corned beef soup is right up there in the craving department.
