Hello, it’s Friday!

It’s January 23 — aaaand, soooo, how are those New Year’s resolutions going? If you’re still getting in that daily workout plan and consuming all the protein with each snack and every meal, your gold medal is on the way. As for me? I didn’t go all in this year. Instead, I’m focusing on just keeping on with what I know I need to do and trying to keep at it. Like last year, one of my main intentions is to eat more omega-3 fatty acids, and one of my fave ways to do so is cooking one of my salmon recipes at least 2 times a week. They’re fast to make, can taste completely different from one another, and make for tasty leftovers. Yum.
