Hello favorite friends, welcome to Friday.
It’s about to be a big weekend and with Daylight Savings hitting our calendar this Sunday, that means more time to be outside. You’ll find me trading in my ski boots for golf shoes and a weekend escape for sun and fun. Don’t get me wrong. This year’s snow storms in Utah have been nothing short of epic, and with an equally epic drought on our hands, I’d welcome snowfall through June. Luckily, we all know that won’t happen but another few storms on the horizon is a-okay with me.
And that’s why cozy food is still on my cooking radar. I’ve been obsessed with watching Instagram reels of Italian grannies cooking authentic food so naturally, I’ve been craving meatballs. So when my dad made a request for them, I jumped to remake this favorite meatball and sauce recipe. With no frying involved, it’s totally easy to make. Just try it, I know you’ll like it.
Time for me to get packing and hit the road. I hope your weekend finds some glints of Daylight Savings Time sunshine on your horizon too!
So with that, here’s this week’s Friday Faves.
