Hello and happy Friday!!
Oh my, what a week. Yesterday was our Smudge’s 18th birthday and her high school graduation and the celebrating was in full force—and still going!
Naturally, we had to have cake and eat it too. That’s when I turned to one of my favorite bakers and her cookbook aka my baking bible for the most amazing yellow cake birthday cake with the most perfect chocolate buttercream frosting topped with my favorite baubles and sprinkles. Sidenote: Go for sparklers instead of candles for a real shebang!
Because we are still in celebrating mode, today’s list is shorter than norm but that’s okay. What is here I know you’ll find delicious!

The best rainbow cake to celebrate! 🏳️🌈
I am all over this grilled appetizer situation.
Skip the mix and make these homemade blueberry babies instead.
Try these pop tarts instead!
The dessert sandwich idea must be trending because I’m seeing:
If you like salmon, you’ll love this salmon with bruschetta spin.
These soy-infused grilled ribeyes look divine.
Roll into summer with these fresh and lively Vietnamese-style summer rolls.
Or, deconstruct it with this spring roll-inspired chicken salad.
And, try these Cambodian beef skewers alongside.
These toasted coconut bars are indeed MAGIC!
Bookmark these zucchini muffins for the bounty sure to come.
Tequila mojitos — I’ll take four.
I LOVE this puffy blanket for concert attending, beach lounging, picnic having, camp going. And so many fun prints!
Ooooo baby. The best apps for building intimacy. (but do you really need an app for that?)
