Hey hey, and happy Easter weekend Friday!
Our Easter eating plans are still being decided but there’s one thing I know for sure…my Easter quiche-making skills are totally on point. This week I followed my magically delicious Quiche Lorraine recipe but subbed in ham for bacon, cheddar for Swiss cheese, and tossed in a handful of blanched broccoli pieces for an absolutely divine custardy quiche I’ve been eating all week. Even if you don’t have quiche for Easter, bake one later on and use up any leftovers of Sunday’s Easter ham.
