Happy Friday! Savory veg with scrambled eggs + a l Happy Friday! Savory veg with scrambled eggs + a little onion + Parmesan cheese is def one of my favorite ways to breakfast. Season with a few splashes of ponzu, amino acids or soy sauce, with a few dashes of sesame oil and toss til wilted. Even better if you add a dab or three of gochuchang for spice.

And a tip for the best scrambled eggs: add a splash of water to them when whisking to make them creamier.
