Hello! It’s Friday! Welcome to this week’s faves!

Our favorite butcher, Johnny at Sunnyfield Meats, turned my husband on to the best cut of steak, with terrific marbling, flavor, and costs WAY less than my man’s favorite ribeye cut. It’s called a Denver steak and it is buttery, juicy, and delish as you can see above. So if you’re in the mood for steak, you should seek it out. And what’s better than my cheesy au gratin potatoes and sautéed mushrooms to go alongside? Maybe a simple salad with my fave vinaigrette dressing, for sure!
