Hello, and welcome to this week’s Friday Faves!

I’m labeling this time of year as Thanksgiving-in-training season, and I’m enjoying the creamy delicious meals that didn’t call my name during the heat of summer but have fully caught my attention now that fall is here. When my mom used to make beef stoganoff for dinner, you could ALWAYS find me burning the roof of my mouth while sampling the sauce as it bubbled on the stove. And if there were leftovers? Forget it. I’d stand at the fridge, fork in hand, sneaking bites while my mom scolded me to save some for dinner that night. I usually cook it in the oven but have been working on a stovetop version, as well. So let me know, which version would you rather make? Oven or stovetop?
