Hello! It’s Friday Faves!

Last week I got all warm and cozy with a pot of my fave ground beef chili, WITH beans, thank you very much. The trick to the chili meat staying tender and delicious is cooking it straight in the sauce instead of browning it before. It is SOOOO frigging tasty. Since I had leftovers, it became the perfect topper for melty, cheesy tortilla chips and a fried egg for breakfast. I mean, I’d eat it like this for dinner anytime, too!
