We’ve always been big Halloween-ers. Sadly, our neighborhood is not. It may be the steep hill we live on, or that our area is more established—a nice way to say aging. Every Halloween I buy a load of candy in hopes this year will be different. But each year there seems to be fewer masked kids roaming the streets spookily singing out trick or treat.
