Ingredients
115-ouncecan diced tomatoes
115-ouncefire-roasted tomatoes with chiles
½yellow onion, roughly chopped
1celery rib, roughly chopped
1jalapeño, with seeds, roughly chopped
½bunchfresh cilantro leaves with stems
3tablespoonsfresh lime juice
1tablespoontomato paste
1 ¼teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and process for 30 seconds or until mostly smooth but still with some chunks. Serve with tortilla chips or Mexican food. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
