Ingredients
¼cupextra-virgin olive oil
¼cupred wine vinegar
1small clovegarlic, pressed or minced
1teaspoondry mustard
1teaspoondried thyme
1teaspoondried oregano
¼teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, dry mustard, thyme, oregano and salt and pepper in a small bowl or jar and whisk or shake the dressing well.
