2whole wheat tortillas
½cupor so of fresh arugula leaves
18 oz ball fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 totomato, sliced
1avocado, pitted and sliced
basil leaves
extra-virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
