Crab Salad Sweet Potato Chip Bites and a Virtual Baby Shower

Ingredients

lump crab meat
about 4 ounces

cup
celery
chopped fine

tablespoons
shallots
minced
½
teaspoon
dried thyme

crémé fraiche

teaspoon
fresh lemon juice

grated swiss cheese
kosher salt and fresh ground pepper

teaspoons
chives
chopped

sweet potato chips or about 20-24
Instructions
Mix lump crab meat with chopped celery, shallots, crémé fraiche and lemon juice. Add thyme and swiss cheese and season with kosher salt and pepper.
Place about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture on each chip and garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
