Ingredients
1poundground beef, 85% lean 15% fat
1medium yellow onion, chopped
2-3ribs celery, chopped
½green pepper, chopped
1 15-ouncecan mushrooms, drained
1 10.75-ouncecan of condensed tomato soup
2teaspoonsgarlic powder
1teaspoonskosher salt
¾teaspoonsfreshly ground black pepper
8Hamburger buns or other favorite soft bun like brioche

In a deep sided skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking into small pieces, until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in the onion, green pepper, and celery and cook until tender, 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally,
