1cupcanola oil, or other neutral oil like vegetable oil
½cupred wine vinegar
2teaspoons cracked black pepper
1teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
Add the oil and vinegar to a jar with a screw cap. Season with the kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Screw the lid on tightly, then shake it well. Dress your lettuce greens and feast!
