Ingredients
12 ouncesbroccoli florets, about 1 ½ cups
1 ½teaspoonskosher salt, divided
3tablespoonstoasted sesame oil
1tablespoontoasted sesame seeds
1teaspoonrice vinegar
Instructions
Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Season with 1 teaspoon of kosher salt. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 1 minute. Drain the broccoli and move to a medium bowl. Drizzle with the sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, rice vinegar, and ½ teaspoon kosher salt. Toss well to coat. Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.
