4cupscucumber, such as English or Persian cucumbers, halved then sliced into rounds
½cupchopped red onion
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½cupchopped fresh mint
½ cup chopped fresh dill
1teaspoon kosher salt
½teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
