Use a rotisserie chicken to save time when making this dip, and shred the chicken in small pieces for chicken tastes in every bite.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the cream cheese with a fork then mix with the buffalo sauce and dressing until smooth. Mix in the shredded chicken and 1 1/2 cup cheese and half of the green onion. Transfer to 1 quart baking dish, top with the remaining shredded cheese and top with the crumbled blue cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot with your favorite flavor of Kettle Brand potato chips.
