This copycat recipe of the famous Gordon-Biersch garlic fries couldn't be easier to make at home, and because they can be baked in the oven or the air fryer, they're a healthier version, too.
Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp, stirring halfway during cooking.
While the fries are baking, mix the canola oil with the garlic and rosemary and ½ teaspoon of the kosher salt. (This step can be done ahead of time.)
Remove the fries from the oven and transfer to a large bowl with the garlic, rosemary and oil mixture and season with the remaining kosher salt and ground pepper. Toss well with tongs until combined and serve immediately.
Notes
To make in an air fryer: Cook the fries in the air fryer at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, then toss with the garlic and oil mixture as directed above.
